If you would like to book in your pet, please contact us via email or telephone. We also invite you to visit our kennels to see our facilities and to ensure that you are happy for your pet to stay in our care. Please email or telephone to book a visit.
We can only accept fully vaccinated pets (including Kennel Cough for dogs) and will need proof of vaccination. We ask that owners provide emergency contact details, as well as background information for each pet. We have the right to refuse pets if they appear to show signs of contagious infection or parasites (fleas, ticks etc) on arrival.
Dogs must be vaccinated against Kennel Cough AT LEAST two weeks before coming in due to the live nature of the vaccine. We will be unable to accept your dog if they have been Kennel Coughed in the two weeks leading up to their stay.
We ask that ALL pets are kept up to date on flea and worm treatments, and must be done within a month of the booking.
We do not charge a deposit, payment is in full in cash or cheque payable to 'Coppice Kennels' on collection. We do not charge a cancellation fee, we simply ask for you to let us know that you no longer need the kennel so we can re-book it.
We have the same daily rate for every dog, including day boarding.
All rates are per DAY with half day charges made for evening drop-off or morning collections.
Single Dog: £13/day
2 Dogs sharing: £23/day
3 Dogs sharing: £32/day
Single Cat: £7/day
2 Cats sharing: £12/day
3 Cats sharing: £15/day
We are required by our license to provide heating for animals when under
10 degrees celcius. The charges are as follows:
Dog Heat Lamps: £1/day and £1/night
Cat Heated Beds: £1/day and night
The Christmas Day surcharge is £25 per booking.

Due to the increase in staff wages, and the costs of maintenance and repairs, we unfortunately have had to raise some of our kennel prices by £1 per day. This is our first price increase since 2016; we are grateful for your understanding and continued custom.
We are trying our best to notify every customer of this price increase in advance, but please be aware you will be charged the current rates from April 1st 2019, regardless of whether or not you have been told directly by a member of staff
All booking made before our first notice (1st of January 2019) will be charged at the previous rate.
